Ingredients to make Multigrain Roti
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Gram flour – 1/2 cup
Maize flour – 1/2 cup
Jowar flour – 1/2 cup
Millet flour – 1/2 cup
Desi ghee – 3 tbsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Multigrain Roti
To make multigrain flour rotis, first take a big mixing bowl and put wheat flour in it. After this add maize, jowar and millet flour and mix them all well. When all the flour is well mixed, add 1 tsp and gram flour to it and finally add salt as per taste and mix. Now take lukewarm water and add it little by little to the flour and knead it.

After kneading the dough well, cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes to set. After the fixed time, knead the dough again and again and make medium sized balls out of it. Now take a nonstick pan/tawa and heat it on medium heat. When the griddle becomes hot, put some desi ghee on it and spread it all around. Now take a ball of dough and roll it round.

When the griddle becomes completely hot, put the roti on the griddle and roast it. Flip the roti a few times and roast it well the other way as well. When the roti is cooked, take it off the griddle. Similarly prepare multigrain rotis from all the balls one by one. Now serve the hot rotis after applying ghee.
